Skip Maloney is InterDigital’s EVP & Chief People Officer, also overseeing the company’s Information Services function to drive digital enablement and operational excellence. With 25+ years of global leadership experience, he has built a career transforming organizations through culture, talent strategy, and technology alignment.

Prior to InterDigital, Skip served as CHRO at Aspen Technology and NetScout Systems, where he led enterprise performance initiatives across 40+ countries to improve scalability and operational efficiency. He previously headed HR and Information Services at Lake Region Medical, enabling global growth through technology modernization. He also held senior HR leadership roles at Brooks Automation and Mercury Computer Systems.
